    I have just experienced exactly the same frustration Rhys-o, but have now got through it.

    I have 2 androids and 2 iPads, and 9 LightwaveRF devices.

    Firstly ensure all the devices you want to control are working on one device, doesn’t matter which one.

    Next, on that device hit the ‘more’ tab in the bottom left hand corner of the app. then select ‘settings’.

    finally (for the main device anyway) hit the ‘save settings to web server’. This will save all the connections you have successfully made to the server.

    Now, go onto your other devices, select ‘more’, ‘settings’ and then finally ‘Get settings from web server’ and it will update the new device with all the connections.
